Later this year, the third and final season of Star Trek: Picard will be released on DVD, Blu-ray, and Limited Edition Blu-ray Steelbook.

This highly commended season, consisting of ten exciting episodes, will come with over two-and-a-half hours of special features, including exclusive behind-the-scenes videos, commentaries, never-before-seen content from Season 3, and a Q&A session with the cast and crew who brought this season to life. Release Dates
In the US, this home media collection will be released on 5 September 2023, just in time for Star Trek Day on 8 September. However, other territories won’t receive it for another two months. On DVD and Blu-ray, it will be released internationally on the following dates:

Star Trek: The Picard Legacy Collection
Also released on Blu-ray later this year will be Star Trek: The Picard Legacy Collection, a fifty-four-disc Blu-ray set. This release will be limited edition and individually numbered. It will include the entire seven-season run of Star Trek: The Next Generation, all four associated movies, and the full three-season run of Star Trek: Picard, along with over thirty-five hours of special features.
This collection will also include a variety of exclusive collectables. Here’s the full rundown…
- An exclusive edition of the reference book The Wisdom of Picard, with new cover art and new Jean-Luc Picard quotes taken from the final two seasons of Star Trek: Picard (which had not yet aired when the book was initially published)
- A uniquely branded deck of playing cards
- A magnet sheet featuring all of Picard’s badges, magnetized
- Four Chateau Picard drink coasters
Despite the rich profusion of this set’s contents, Robert Meyer Burnett — who produced the TNG special features — has criticized the release on social media, lamenting that it will not include five already-released discs of two-parters that were edited together as feature-length “movies”. They include “The Best of Both Worlds”, “Redemption”, “Unification”, “Chain of Command”, and “All Good Things”. Explaining his belief that these discs should be included, Burnett said that, otherwise, “there’s documentaries, audio commentaries, bloopers and deleted scenes which won’t be part of the set.”
